rebuilding spoiler mechanism or cylinders is 1 week from the time we receive your cylinders.<\/p>\n<p>When we received your parts, almost the same day we doing the complete inspection and send you the repair cost. If agree with the cost we send you the invoice for the payment. To send your spoiler mechanism or cylinders to DH-AUTOMOTIVE please read the shipment info for the spoiler mechanism or cabrio hydraulics rams.\u00a0 There is No import taxes to pay except from: Norway, Switzerland, contact us before shipment for the custom documents! If you are a Professional customer in Europe and in possession of a Valid VAT number, we will make the invoice without 21%VAT (intra invoice).<\/p><p><strong><u>International Customer:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>If you are located <strong><u>out of Europe<\/u><\/strong>, please contact us before so we can inform you about the custom documents and shipping options. Note:\u00a0 DH-AUTOMOTIVE, will not accept Belgium Customs and Duties charges on packages with declared value over 80 US dollars.\u00a0 You must ship \"free domicile\", meaning you as the sender agree to accept responsibility for all Customs duties, broker fees, and taxes.\u00a0 On packages with values declared of 80 dollars, we are typically charged an Entry Prep Fee (currently\u00a0about +- 24 euro) \u00a0+ 21% tax (=total 57 euro) on the declared value of the package, we will take the 21% VAT (33 euro) to our charge so 24 euro will be ad on the repair cost of your parts. Mention the HS code: 9801.00.1012 on the documents.<\/p><p><u>Shipment of hydraulic spoiler system:<\/u><\/p><ul><li>Remove the hydraulic lines from the top of your pump and <strong>don\u2019t <\/strong>put them back for the shipment.<\/li><li>Squeeze with your pump upside down to drain the rest of the oil inside the pump.<\/li><li>Wrap the parts with bubble wrap, foam, or any other material that will protect your parts during shipment.<\/li><li>Protect the wiring connections on the pump engine, they are fragile.<\/li><li>-Place the cylinder\/s in plastic bags and wrap well.<\/li><li>Use plenty of space filler in the shipping box to keep the parts from shifting around.<\/li><li>Prevent kinks in the hydraulic lines.<\/li><\/ul><p><u>Shipment of convertible system:<\/u><\/p><p>-Cycle the hydraulic fluid out of the cylinder\/s by manually pumping the cylinder rod a few times to eject the oil out of the cylinder\/s.<\/p><p>Once drained, push the cylinder rod completely into the cylinder. If you prefer other shipment options, such as, expedited service, insurance, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us for such options. Not covered and excluded in warranty, cost of postage, loss, theft, damage during shipping, labor to assembly and disassembly costs from the parts on the car.<\/p>\n<p>Any damage due to tampering,
